1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LottoStructureX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You must be a resident of Australia.
• You must not be listed on the BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To participate in draws, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each individual may hold only one account.

4. Welcome Bonus

New users receive a $10.00 welcome bonus upon registration. This bonus is for demonstration purposes and carries no real monetary value. Bonus funds may be used to participate in lottery draws on the Platform.

5. Game Rules

• Players select 7 numbers from a pool of 1 to 35.
• Each draw entry costs $5.00, deducted from the account balance.
• Seven winning numbers are randomly generated for each draw.
• Prizes are awarded based on the number of matching numbers per the published Prize Structure.
• The Quick Pick feature generates 7 random numbers automatically.

6. Prize Structure

Prize divisions are as follows: 7 matches = Jackpot ($2,500,000), 6 matches = $35,000, 5 matches = $2,200, 4 matches = $150, 3 matches = $25, 2 matches = $5. Prize amounts are for demonstration purposes.

7. Balance and Transactions

• Account balances are virtual and for demonstration purposes only.
• Draw costs are deducted prior to the draw commencing.
• Winnings are credited to the account balance immediately after each draw.
• Transaction history is available in the Account drawer.

8. Responsible Gambling

This Platform is provided for demonstration and entertainment purposes. LottoStructureX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. All balances and prizes are simulated.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
